Day 3 Harrow to Greenford (sort of walk 9 in reverse)

We took the bus to Harrow-on-the-Hill, and had a look around the shopping centre before having lunch outside a cafe (see below). The weather was amazing for February. To start the walk, we made up way up Harrow's hill to the church and then out the other side to the famous Harrow School. From here you could see Canary Wharf right over the other side of London.

We walked down Harrow High Street and decided that this would be a lovely place to live, or in fact meet for dinner after work. We walked through towards Sudbury Hill and then up Horsenden Hill (some parts of London really aren't flat). From the top you could see aeroplanes taking off and land at Heathrow - like little toys. We continued through this open space to reach the canal near Perivale, and walked along the canal until we reached a retail park in Greenford. It felt strange to be one minute in open fields and the next inside New Look. By the time we made it here it was getting dark, and the sky was clear enough to see Venus (by the moon) and Jupiter (up and left)
